When do orders ship?

All orders are baked fresh on Mondays and shipped on Tuesdays using expedited delivery to help ensure the best quality and freshness.

Do you offer next-day or rush orders?

All orders follow our scheduled baking and shipping process. If you have a special request, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I place large or bulk orders?

Yes. We accept select bulk orders based on availability. Please reach out through our contact form for details.

Do you offer custom orders or catering?

Yes, we offer select custom orders and event inquiries. Please contact us with your date, details, and what you're looking for.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

We use expedited shipping methods, and orders are expected to arrive within 1 business day after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier timing.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I fix it?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update an address if the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes or offer refunds for incorrect shipping information.

I didn't receive a shipping confirmation. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still do not see it, contact us and we will help confirm your order status.

My order is delayed in transit. What happens?

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. Delays may happen due to weather, carrier issues, or routing delays. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will always do our best to assist.

Do you offer local pickup?

At this time, we primarily offer shipping. For special local inquiries, please contact us directly.

Freshness & Product Care

How long do your treats stay fresh?

Our treats are best enjoyed as fresh as possible after delivery. General freshness guidelines are: Cookies and brownies: best within 3 days. Cinnamon rolls: best within 1–2 days. What is the shelf life of your cookies and brownies?

Our cookies and brownies are packaged in heat-sealed bags to help maintain freshness during shipping. They are best enjoyed within 3 days of delivery.

Can I freeze my treats?

Yes. Cookies and brownies freeze very well and can be stored in an airtight bag or container for up to 3 months. For best results, thaw at room temperature before reheating or serving.

How should I store my order after delivery?

Store your treats in a cool, dry place unless otherwise noted. Some items may also be refrigerated or frozen depending on when you plan to enjoy them. Please refer to our Sweet Treat Care page for product-specific instructions.

Allergens & Ingredients

Do your products contain nuts? Is it safe to order if I have a nut allergy?

Our kitchen is not nut-free, and we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens. While we do not regularly bake with nuts in most of our everyday items, some ingredients we use, including certain cocoa products, may contain tree nuts or be processed in facilities that handle nuts. In addition, cakes or specialty items that include nuts may be prepared separately, but all items are still made in the same kitchen environment. Customers with nut allergies or severe food sensitivities should use discretion when ordering.

Do you use separate pans for nut-containing items?

For certain specialty items, such as cakes that may include nuts, separate pans may be used. However, because all products are prepared in the same kitchen, we cannot guarantee that cross-contact will not occur.

Returns, Refunds & Issues

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

What if I have a quality issue with my order?

We want every order to arrive in great condition. If you experience a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, if applicable.
